The Sphinx Club is located one block from the McPherson Square metro stop on the orange, blue and silver lines. The entrance in located just east of The Hamilton and just west of The Washington Post. This a small set of steps the sidewalk to the Rotunda. Those who need assistance should use the door (at street level which leads to a ramp and elevators) just to the west of the main entrance. There will be ample signage to assist you in locating the door.

 

Parking

Metered street parking is available on the surrounding streets.

Parking Garage, managed by ParkAmerica, ($10/per day) is located in the 1000 block of 13th Street NW. The entrance is on the west side of 13th Street between K & L Streets NW.

 

Tickets & Admission

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

  • $5/students & librarians with valid id
  • Children under 12 admitted free of charge

Security

•We are obligated to provide our exhibitors with the safe and secure care of their valuable collections during the Fair. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to implement certain entry conditions for all visitors to the Fair.

Conditions of Entry

  • No books, maps, prints or manuscripts of any description may be taken into the Fair.
  • These items and all large bags must be checked with our staff before entering the Fair.
  • Any bags taken into the Fair may be searched upon entry and exit.
